A good time for a little Marketing 101
The foundation of good design is to ask the right questions and get the right answers.
A designer must clearly understand the goals, the intended clients and their wishes
Often this is an area where companies put too little time on.
Most feel they already know “all the answers”
Important to dig deep, don’t settle for the obvious quick answer
Get all departments involved, yet, keep the final decisions to one person/committee.
If possible, get some trusted client feedback
